Lake Victoria Island Cycling Tour from Kampala 2022

Dear Bjorn,

First of all, I’m very sorry that your experience wasn’t what you had expected. We always want our cyclists to really enjoy every piece of it and look back at a great activity they can brag about. I hope that despite of your unsatisfied experience with our guide, you still had a chance to enjoy the beauty that Uganda has to offer. Our guides have been trained in setting the right pace and making sure that participating cyclists have plenty of time to take picture, catch their breath, enjoy the shade or have a sip of water. Clearly something went wrong here for which I’m very sorry. I discussed the issue with our guides and also they are very sorry and will put more focus on this aspect of the tour. I have been trying to get hold of you by whatsapp, but alas.
